You must complete the Arizona Defensive Driving Class 7 days prior to your court date.

Arizona Defensive Driving Program

If you received a civil traffic moving violation in Arizona, you may be eligible to take an AZ defensive driving class so that you can get the violation dismissed; this means that the violation and points associated with the violation will not appear on your AZ driving record.

Extensions

Nearly all courts will grant an extension if your seven-day deadline is approaching. The best way to get an extension is to call the court directly. However, we will be glad to help out if your particular court allows us to. Please feel free to contact us with any questions.

Note: Don’t wait until the last minute to request an extension. We always suggest you request your extension before your 7 day deadline to be safe.

My Court Date is Less than Seven Days Away...

Call the Court or call us to learn your options. With some courts, an extension can still be obtained. With other courts, you may need to go to the court and speak with the court to petition the judge for an extension.
